Sign Up for JEA eBill
- Under Bill Delivery Options, select “Enroll in eBill,” then click Submit.
- Upon enrolling, your next JEA bill-ready notification will arrive by email at about the same time you would receive your bill in the mail. You will no longer receive a paper bill.
Make Payments Using Your Preferred Method
Once youve enrolled in eBill, we’ll send your monthly bill to the email address associated with your account. You can still choose to pay online, by phone, by mail, at a neighborhood payment center, or at the JEA Customer Center downtown. Accordion Item
If you would like us to mail your bill to a different address than the one where you get your utility services, you may specify a billing address using your online account.

Pay By Bank Account
You have the option to pay directly from your bank account. Store your account and routing numbers securely in your jea.com account for easy payment each month. If you don’t want to store them, simply enter the information each time you pay.
While all checking accounts can make ACH payments, please check with your financial institution for ACH availability with other types of bank accounts.

JEA accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express-branded cards through our third-party payment vendor, KUBRA®.
Schedule an Online Payment
If youre not one for automatic payments, scheduled payments may be right for you! You can preschedule a payment up to 30 days in advance when paying with your bank account.
- Click on Pay by Bank Account (or Manage Bank Accounts, if you havent already saved a bank account).
- Indicate the amount you would like to pay.
- Indicate the bank account with which you would like to pay.
- Select a future payment date.
- Check your email for confirmation of your scheduled payment, and again once your payment has processed.
Scheduled payments may take up to one business day to process after the scheduled date. Your balance will not reflect the payment until the first business day after the scheduled payment date. If you need to cancel your scheduled payment, you can do so before 11 a.m. on the day of your scheduled payment.
