Where can I pay a PNM bill?
Locations include Smith’s, Albertsons, Walgreens, El Alamo Checks Cashed, and others. Most are open longer hours and on weekends. Pay by cash or debit card at some locations. Payments applied within minutes.
How do I request more time to pay PNM?
Request an extension by phone To you request you payment extension by phone, call PNM Customer Service at (888) 342-5766 and have your PNM account number handy. Follow the voice prompts on the automated phone system: Main menu > Billing and payments.
How do I find my PNM account number?
Each month, you’ll receive an email with your PNM bill as a PDF attachment. The body of the email will have the due date, your PNM account number and the total amount due. There will also be a link to make it easy to make your payment.
Can you pay a PNM bill with a credit card?
Call KUBRA EZ-PAY® payment services for PNM at 1-844-PNM-PYMT (844-766-7968) to make a payment over the phone with a credit, debit or ATM card or an electronic check ($2.00 fee). We accept Visa®, MasterCard® or Discover® card as well as an ATM card.
