Setup Auto Pay

  • Log in to your SmartHub account
  • Click on Auto Pay Program under the BILL & PAY menu
  • Click on Enroll next to the service address you would like to enroll
  • Add payment information (credit card option is only available to residential customers)

Once signed up for recurring payments, the following message will appear on your bill: Auto Draft: Do Not Pay. The amount will be automatically deducted from your bank account or charged to your debit or credit card on the date shown.

Please be aware, Auto Draft will not go into effect until your NEXT billing period. If there is an amount currently due on your account, please set up a one-time payment.

Update Auto Pay Information

  • Log in to your SmartHub account
  • Click on Auto Pay Program under the BILL & PAY menu
  • Accept the Terms and Conditions
  • Click on Update or Cancel to modify your existing payment method
  • Then, click Continue to save the changes

How do I pay my CoServ bill by phone?

Phone 24/7 Call 833-890-6264 or 833-890-4831 (español). You’ll need your account number, which is located on the top right of your bill. There is no charge for using a debit/credit card.

How do I find my CoServ account number?

Your account number is located in the upper right hand of your monthly bill statement.

How do I reconnect my CoServ service?

CoServ Electric Members can get their service reconnected by paying their full past due balance online, through the SmartHub app or by calling 940-321-7800. Electric Members do NOT need to call to get service reestablished. In most cases, electricity will be restored within an hour of paying the full past-due balance.
