Water & Sewer System Maintenance / Public Works Utility Division
The Public Works Department Utility Division is responsible for the maintenance of the citys water and sewer infrastructure. This includes the water mains, water storage tanks, pump stations, lift stations and sewer lines located in our community. Water and sewer main leaks should be reported to the Utility Division at 817-427-6440. Office hours are 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. After hours, please call dispatch at 817-281-1000 to report a water or sewer emergency and they will contact staff to respond.

If you have changed your telephone number since opening your utility account, please contact our office at 817-427-6200 to provide updated information. It is important to ensure that the telephone contact information associated with your account is current. The City may contact you by telephone if:
- a leak is identified at the property that would require water service to be temporarily turned off;
- there is an issue with your account or payment ;
- your account becomes delinquent, at which time the City provides notification of a pending service disconnection for non-payment; and
- the City sends an informational broadcast to its utility customers related to water service interruptions or other water service issues in your area.
