What does the Board of water supply do?
The Board of Water Supply owns and maintains approximately 105 miles of mains and 1,140 fire hydrants. Its primary responsibility is to provide an adequate supply of safe, potable water for domestic, industrial, and fire-fighting purposes. All activities arise from and lead back to that simple mandate.

What happens if I don’t pay my water bill?
Stop service request forms are available online. If payment is not received by the “PAYMENT MUST REACH US BY” date on your bill, the entire amount shall become past due and a Final Notice will be issued. If you receive a Final Notice, all past due amounts must be received by the Final Notice date or water may be discontinued.
