Utility Billing Services (UBS) provides the online bill payment (e-payment) option through Paymentus. This option is for customers who prefer the convenience of paying their monthly bill in a safe and secure Internet environment, without the need to leave the home or office. Paymentus charges a $2.49 convenience fee for each Internet Credit or Debit Card payment.
