Pay online with MyGCI
You can sign up and pay your bill online through MyGCI at my.gci.com. You can also set up autopay to schedule a recurring monthly payment for the total amount due on your bill. The amount due is automatically debited from your bank account or charged to your credit card. Learn how to sign up for Autopay
Head into a GCI Store near you to check your balance, make a payment or get help with your bill.

How do I add a payment method to my GCI account?
1. Log in to your account at my.gci.com 2. From the Overview or the Billing tab, click Turn on Autopay 3. If you haven’t added a payment method to your account, you’ll see the following screen: Click “Create Payment Method.. 4. In the window that opens, select whether you are adding a credit card or an Electronic Funds Transfer from a bank account.
