City of Canton’s Pay Online
Residents may pay for their City of Canton services and fees online. Services and fees available for payment online are: Building Permits, Bulk Item Pick Up, City of Canton Ordinance Violations, Invoice Payments, Licenses, Miscellaneous Payments, Totes, UTV Stickers. For Water Bills you must pay through Civic Pay
Things to know before using the City of Canton’s pay online system:
- There is a convenience fee charge for using the system, this in not charged or collected by the City of Canton.
- Transactions take up to three business days to process.
- Payment can be made by MasterCard, American Express, Discover or Electronic Check.
- An email will be sent to the City of Canton once your payment is made. Please allow up to 3-4 days for the transaction to process. Your payment will be applied to your account as of the actual date you made the payment, or on the next business day that City offices are open.

How do I pay my Canton Township water bill online?
Welcome to the Canton Township online Water Bill payment option. You may pay your water bill through our online service with Invoice Cloud. To begin, please have your most recent billing statement available. You will be asked to enter your full water billing account number including the dash and three digits at the end (XXXXXX-XXX).
How do I pay my bill at Canton City Utilities?
CLICK HERE TO PAY YOUR BILL OR VIEW YOUR ACCOUNT * The lobby and offices at Canton City Utilities are currently not open to the public. A drop box for payments and paperwork, along with account forms, is located inside the front lobby at the 2nd street entrance. Lobby drop box access: 6am until 6pm.

Is Canton City Utilities open to the public?
* The lobby and offices at Canton City Utilities are currently not open to the public. A drop box for payments and paperwork, along with account forms, is located inside the front lobby at the 2nd street entrance. Lobby drop box access: 6am until 6pm. There is also a sidewalk drop box on 2nd Street SE, which is accessible at all times.
