Where can I pay my CHELCO bill?
Kiosks. For your convenience, CHELCO has kiosks available at five of our area offices: DeFuniak Springs, Freeport, Santa Rosa Beach, Bluewater Bay and Auburn. Kiosks are available 24/7 and can accept cash, debit, or credit card payments (will incur a $2.50 fee per $500 increment).
Does CHELCO have auto pay?
Account Profile Draft payments allow automatic debits from your credit card or bank account on the bill due date. You can pay bills for multiple utility accounts with one online payment or make partial payments to each account.
What is budget billing with CHELCO?
Budget Billing is a free program designed to help customers manage their monthly electric utility bills. The program averages the monthly energy costs throughout the year which makes the monthly payment more manageable. Customers who enroll in Budget Billing pay a similar amount each month.

CHELCO is headquartered in DeFuniak Springs and was established in 1941. We service most of Walton County and the northern portions of Okaloosa County, including Eglin Air Force Base, as well as western Holmes and eastern Santa Rosa Counties.
