2nd Quarter Fiscal Year 2024 Real Estate Tax Bills
The 2nd Quarter Fiscal Year 2024 Real Estate Tax bills will be issued on October 1, 2023.
Payments can be made online by using the Citys Pay Online feature or by mailing your payment using the enclosed envelope. You may also mail payments to the Collectors Office at 59 Court Street, Westfield, MA 01085. There is a dropbox available near the basement handicap entrance for non-cash payments. If you would like a receipt, please include a self addressed stamped envelope and a receipt will be mailed.
Any payments received after the payment due date are subject to statutory interest at the annual interest rate of 14% per Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 59 Section 57.
The cost for Municipal Lien Certificates is $50.00. Please complete the request form.
Please note that the City now accepts payment by electronic check (e-check) for a fee of only $0.50.
