Coast Electric serves more than 80,000 members in Harrison, Hancock and Pearl River counties. The cooperative maintains a headquarters and operations center in Kiln, district offices in Picayune and Gulfport, and branch offices in Bay St. Louis, Biloxi and Poplarville.
Office hours at all locations are 8 a.m. until 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.

How do I pay my coastconnect Bill?
Members will no longer be able to make payments on this portal for both accounts. To pay your CoastConnect bill, please you can visit www.CoastConnect.com and click “Pay Bill” beginning Aug. 2. You can also call 877-969-3884, make a payment at one of the kiosks at any Coast Electric office or mail in your payment.
How do I pay my coast electric bill?
To access the portal, visit www.CoastConnect.com and click “Pay Bill.” Call 877-969-3884. Use the payment kiosks located outside of all Coast Electric offices to pay with a card, cash or check. Drop box or night depository payments at Coast Electric offices or Rouses in Diamondhead. Pay by check or cash at any Coast Electric office.
Is coastconnect eligible for payment assistance?
You may be eligible for payment assistance. Here’s how to find out if you’re eligible. CoastConnect subscribers could be eligible for payment assistance through a federal program, Lifeline. Another federal program, the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP), is set to end in June of 2024. Applications are no longer available.
How much does coastconnect cost?
Additional lines are available for $20.95 a month per line plus tax. Voice only service is available for $49.95 a month plus tax. My CoastConnect gives you an instant snapshot of your home or small business network.
