Many banks offer electronic bill payment service to their customers for little, or no, charge per month. Customers can make one time payments or schedule their payments for particular times of the month.
Is evmwd responsible for payments made at checkfreepay locations?
However, please remember that EVMWD is not responsible for payments made at any CheckFreePay locations. EVMWD assumes no responsibility for the accurate transfer of these payments. Customer accounts will not be credited until payment has been received and processed by EVMWD.

How does evmwd’s variable residential rate structure work?
To more accurately reflect the costs of providing sewer service, EVMWD’s Board of Directors adopted a variable residential rate structure based on the actual number of people living in a home. The variable charge will cover the cost of collecting and transporting sewage to the treatment plant, chemical supplies and disposal.
How is the monthly service charge billed?
The monthly service charge is billed on a per day basis. Professionally trained billing specialists review the readings. With the aid of computer programs, they search for any abnormal readings and investigate as needed; or zero usage readings, which may indicate a stopped meter.
