Does farmers RECC accept credit card payments over the phone?
To comply with this requirement, as of May 1, 2021, Farmers RECC Member Service Representatives will no longer process credit card payments over the phone. This change in practice was not only implemented to protect financial information of Farmers RECC members, but also as a means to protect its employees.
