How do I pay my fgua Bill?
Information, tools, and resources for FGUA’s new and existing residential and commercial customers. Pay My Bill Online View billing statements or make an online payment. Go to Portal New Customers
Will fgua Ify me of approval?
FGUA will not ify you of approval or other action with a message on your bill. Pl ease continue to pay your bill as you normally would until you are not ified. (If joint account, both account holders must sign.) _ ____________________________________ Da te _ ______________
What happens if a fgua E-Bill is not received?
The FGUA is not responsible for E-bills not received due to the customer’s service provider issues or other issues outside of the FGUA’s authority. A confirmation notification will be sent once this form is submitted. Please allow one to two billing cycles for e-billing to begin.
When will fgua continue to send a statement?
FGUA will continue to send a statement each month approximately 15 da ys before my bank account is charged. FGUA will impose a pr ocessing fee in the event a charge is not paid by my bank. I understand t hat I ma y discontinue t his payment service by notifying F GUA in writing, five business days prior to the time my account will be charged.
