What if I want to continue receiving paper statements?
Resuming paper statements is easy. You’ll need to opt out of paperless statements in MyChart via the web or mobile app. Follow these instructions to opt back into receiving paper billing statements:
- Log into MyChart.
- Click on “Menu” and scroll to the “Billing” section.
- Select “Billing Summary,” click “Cancel paperless billing” and follow the steps to opt out.
Need help opting out? Call technical support at 570-214-0003, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., or visit the technical support page.
Are all patient accounts being transitioned to paperless billing statements? Only Geisinger patients with BillPay and MyChart accounts will be defaulted to paperless billing. If you are not signed up for MyChart, you’ll continue receiving paper statements.
