Does Gladstone offer a water discount?
Yes. The City of Gladstone offers a water discount to our residents age 65 and over. To qualify the account must be in your name, and you must live at the residence for which the discount is applied. To receive the discount, bring proof of your age to City Hall and our staff will arrange it for you.
