    I have Been using insure on the spot insurance fo 10 months now thinking that I am covered thank God that I havent been in an accident because who knows what might have happened and I would be sued or dead. And not insured. I gave my address to the company and my address is on the policy so how is it that no one knew that I wasnt an ******** resident. I would like to be reimbursed fir all my money that I have put into this policy without ever being covered. I have spoke to several representatives and know one in the office has a clue. How could this happen without anyone on the entire offic not paying attention or are they just all clueless. I spoke with the first person back in August of 2023 and I asked over and over if I would be insured while living in ****, IN and was assured that I was. I have Bern under the sr22 and liability insurance with out any coverage since then. I spoke with a representative on 04/19/2024 and she said I would not be getting any of my money back because I was covered. How was I covered if covered if you dont cover ******* ??? Is there anyone there that has common since that can take care of this very unbelievable situation. The nerve and audacity of the lady to even let the word come out of her mouth and she even said she spoke to her manager about this issue and she said the the Same dumb thing that this representative said. This is just freaking unbelievable. Is there anyone besides me that can sew that there is no way that I can be insured here in ******* if I am not a ******** resident. If you look at my policy if clearly shows my address. And when my ven number was pulled and ran it ****** states *******. I want my money back and I am going to speak to a lawyer as well. Refund my money because this is not right and looks to be a scam company. Please explain to me how no one out of this entire corporation could not notice that I live I ******* not ********. Representatives have called on several occasions asking my address.

    On February 11, 2024 I called insure on the Spot to obtain auto insurance for my 2003 ************** I spoke with a representative and told her that I wanted to pay for my 12 month policy in 2 payments. I Was told that as long as I called back in within 30 days with the second half that would be fine.I Expressed to the representative I was not interested in any other services besides the policy i.e. towing, roadside assistance. She gave me a quote $788. I paid $384.95 on that day. I called on March 5, 2024 To pay the balance and it Was higher in cost. I asked the representative why was that. She went over the policy with me and told me that I a roadside package. I told her I did not request that and I clearly asked for it not to be on my account because I already had the services with another company. Because I felt like I was deceived I told her I would like to cancel the policy. At that time she gave me an email ***************************************** to send my request to, I did that on the same day. I received no response back. On April 10 I received a check from insure one for $184. I immediately reached out to insure on the Spot by phone and ask for a phone call back. I received no phone call back so I reached out to the email again expressing my concern that the check was $200 less than I pay them. I requested the remainder of my funds less the one month that I had the insurance. And I received no response.

The cancellation notice was received on 4-2-24 and a refund check was issued on 4-4-24. Once Insure On The Spot Services, *** received confirmation that the roadside package was cancelled an additional refund check was issued to *************** on 4-22-24.     I was told several different payment amounts. I couldnt get a straight answer about how much my policy was going to be. I am required to have sr22 insurance and the the company never sent proof of insurance to the state and they are REQUIRED to do so resulting in a suspension of my license. Cannot get anyone on the phone to get it corrected either.

    Insure on the Spot (with their driver at fault) is not providing needed information to file a necessary claim. This is regarding Claim 24-8204825 for my daughter ***********************. How is it that company name, Insure on the Spot is able to get away with forcing insurance companies to call them to find out which company the policy is written through? A phone call should not be necessary and I believe they purposely do not respond in a timely fashion.The other driver has Insure on the Spot. They sell products from several companies.On their website you must call in order to find out which company the policy is written through.After calling in they tell you that they cannot give you that information without the police report.The below email on the 25th is when I sent the police report to Insure on the Spot so they can provide the company name. I did send a follow up email which was not responded to either. I called in asking for an update and they advised me that once again they cannot tell me which company this is. ******* I spoke with advised that they will respond within 2-3 business days with the name of the company so a claim can be filed. I apologize for the inconvenience here and will file the claim as soon as Insure on the spot informs us which company the policy is written through.

    02/10/2024 Complaint: 21230861 I am rejecting this response because: I believe Insure on the Spot is well aware that the policy company name was not on the police report and that the name listed on the police report is “insure on the Spot”. Insure on the Spot provided the necessary information only after I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. The business practices of “Insure on the Spot” should be looked into further to see if other police agencies are provided the detailed information accident victims need. The response from this company is dishonest when they say, “Insure on the Spot” should not be listed on the police report. I believe this company knows they make false statements and they or their customers are doing this purposely to avoid paying claims.When insurance companies contact them for policy names and number they should have someone answer the phone and provide the needed information on the very first initial contact, not make hard working people go on some goose chase to get them to provide what they should be. This company should contact their customer, ******** and tell her that when she blows the next stop sign she needs to provide the victim with the real insurance company name, not “insure on the spot”. I would like Insure on the Spot to tell me that they did contact their customer and tell them they should not be providing victims with false names but the name of actual carrier.     To whom it may concern.on December 22, 2023 around 12noon. I went online and started a policy for liability coverage including 2 drivers. immediately after purchase, I realized my policy was for non-owner and my husband was excluded from the policy, policy # AHW1235957. . I called Insure on the spot right away. I my call was placed on hold for 42mins. I hung up and called to select a different option from the **** group to then be placed on hold for 1hour and 45mins. Finally while speaking with a rep, I was told the current policy holder ******************, does not offer Liability so they needed to find me a different company. I was told the policy can be rectified and due to good faith/for choosing Insure on the spot my initial deposit would transferred to the new policy. Again, placed on hold for another 40mins only for the phone to hang up and no one ever called back. The next day December 23, 2023 I decided paying a visit to the actual office would probably be best. After arriving at the 85th and ****** location located in ******* **, I was greeted by two very polite Hispanic ladies who tried to help, They called another office because no sales rep was on site. ******* on the phone stated he can assist with the new policy however, I d have to cancel my current policy with no refund. I explained the encounter I had with his colleague the day before, he still advised I could get a refund, I asked for a manager “*******” whom stated she actually approved the refund the day before but could not honor it on the current day even though the policy did not go into effect until 12/23/2023. It is 12./28/2023 and I still have not gotten a refund. ******* the manager was rude and untruthful. Definitely not a good rep for the company.

    On 8/25/23 started an insurance policy with insured on the spot 8/30/23 cancel policy due to car failure engine I ask for my partial refund since 8/30/23 I continue to call all of September asking for refund I was told I would get a refund call again today spoke with ***** a representative told me I will not get my refund I ask why she gave me no direct answer I ask for a copy of the refused refund letter she disagree I ask for *************** she wouldnt provide me with that information told me to wait for call back no call back to resolve this problem this company are unprofessional to there customers I would like to get this matter resolved

    May 23, 2023 I was on my way to pick up my granddaughter from the hospital when I was making a left turn going south down western to ******* Avenue where this young lady ********, *******, hit my truck when I was trying to make a left turn. Also I hit another car we got out she was trying to rush and leave but we manage keep her there until I receive her bull c*** insurance.information She didnt wait for the police but i called 911 anyways she was very nervous because she smell like marijuana. they ask was I able to make it to the police station since she left the scene of the accident,i said yes Once I pick up my bumper out of the street anyways long story short, I got a police report. She didnt want to wait for the police I have my police report. she gave me her insurance name of the nonsense insurance company which the name is insure on the Spot, the address is ************************************************************************* been tried my best reach these people for a claim for 3 weeks now this company will not return my phone calls or emails only once When they ask send all the information from accident which i Emailed them. every time ive called they hang up on me or put me on hold for two hours switched me to a different department or say a different name Im wondering is this a fake insurance use different company name so Im making a complaint with you guys just see if its a real business or not this ridiculous Im just really ****** really bad even my lawyer couldnt even reach this company as well so Im just filling a complaint with you guys just to see if this is a real company or not.     On Monday, April 24th 2023 I called insure on the spot to renew my wifes insurance since it was going to expire on May 15th 2023 (Policy#ILT5889775). The renewal was completed with me added on it and paid a total of $914.95 for 6 months. 1 hour after, I called Insure on the spot to void/cancel the renewal because I found a better rate somewhere else. The representative over the phone instructed me to write a “cancellation letter” and after receiving it, the refund will be made into my account within 3 business days. Today, its already been 2 weeks and they have not yet given me my refund. This is a very upsetting and the company is very unprofessional on not to issue the refund back into my account in a timely manner. Especially since I called shortly after to cancel/void the payment. Every time I try to call, it takes about 45 minutes for someone to pick up the phone and they never refer me to speak with a manager to address my concern.

    An uninsured driver hit my car 03/23. I sent in all required paperwork. Last I spoke to insure on the spot ,I was told that they closed my claim for up to 7 weeks so that the other driver can respond to a letter sent out to her. Until then nothing can be done. Im missing work cause my vehicle isnt drivable at all. No adjuster has been out,no listing of auto shops sent. Worst company ever! And I just signed up with them!

This policy may be renewed for successive policy periods by payment of the required premium to the Company on or before the effective date of each successive policy period. If such premium is not paid when due, the policy shall terminate as of that date and such date shall be the end of the policy period. Such premium shall be computed in accordance with the manuals then in use by the Company. Each policy period shall begin and end at 12:01 A.M. local time at the address of the named insured.     I spoke to an associate by the name of ******************************* April 26, 2023. ****** quoted me 12 month full coverage policy of $1,704 over the phone. I paid a down payment of $500.00. Which should of brought my policy down to $1,304.00. I get my policy emailed to me but the price has changes to $1,374. I called back April 27, 2023 (very next day) to get an explanation as to why is my quote higher than what i was originally told. I talked to someone name ***** or *****. Who is having difficulty herself finding out where this additional $74 came from. So I asked her “Are the calls recorded?” She answers yes. I ask her what her manager name is. She reluctantantly says “********”. I asked to speak to the manager. She places me on hold. Because Im so determined to get an explanation I stayed on hold for an hour then somehiw the call disconnected. Either make the situation right or cancel my policy and refund me my down payment. This is unacceptable and bad business
