FREE Online Bill Payments and Account Access
Hate waiting on hold or in a line? Not able to make it into the office or to a mailbox before the bill is due? No worries! Now you can access your usage information, account history, payment history, set up credit card or bank drafting, update contact information, and pay your bill online, 24 hours a day for free. Make payments by Visa, MasterCard or Discover with no transaction fee! All this at your fingertips! Just have your account number ready when you register.
To register for Online Bill Payments, Electronic Statements and Account Access:
- Visit the Customer Portal Online Website and click the ‘Register’ link.
- Enter your Account number.
- Click to confirm the email address used.
- Enter the verification code received in your chosen email and click Verify.
- Enter your username, Password and Confirm password.
- Select the Security Question and Security Answer.
- Check the box to authorize communication.
- Click Submit.
ONWASA customers may pay their bill at one of the convenient PaySite kiosk locations.

By credit/debit card – You may make a telephone payment and access your account balance information free of charge 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by calling 1-877-302-2787. Please have your credit/debit card and ONWASA account number ready before calling. MasterCard, Visa, and Discover accepted. It is necessary to have a valid billing address associated with your credit/debit card to ensure a successful payment transaction.
Each ONWASA Office has a conveniently located drop box for payments. (Please do not leave cash in any of the drop boxes located outside.) ONWASA accepts cash, checks, debit cards, money orders, VISA, Discover, and MasterCard at the following locations:
