You can find your account number on a printed bill statement mailed to your residence or business or in your SmartHub account. If you need your account number to register for SmartHub, and you have not yet received your first printed NOVEC bill, call us for assistance at 703-335-0500.

How much is the late fee for NOVEC?

Call 703-335-0500 or 1-888-335-0500 to sign up today. When payment is not made within one full billing period from the date of the bill, the account will be classified as past due. A late- payment charge of 1.5% per month, translating to 18% a year, will be added to all amounts billed, excluding local utility taxes.
