You can use the Intermountain Health patient portal to pay your bill. Don’t have a patient portal account? You can pay your bill as a guest. Not using the patient portal yet? Pay through the legacy Intermountain Bill Pay You can make a one-time payment using your Intermountain Healthcare paper statement.

. Set Up Your Account To create your account you will need a recent Intermountain Bill Pay statement. You will no longer receive paper statements or reminder calls related to the payment of your statement.
