A $3.25 convenience will be added and payable to our third-party vendor. Pay your bill by mailing in your payment to the following address: Shreveport Water & Sewerage Department, P.O. Box 30065, Shreveport, LA 71153- 0065. To ensure proper credit, please include your account number on your check or money order.

The City of Shreveport Department of Water and Sewerage is implementing a new water billing system called Utility Management Billing System (UMBS). Citizens still have the option to pay by credit card or one time bank draft.
