How do I access my skrecc account?
SmartHub Mobile App Available for iPhone and Android – search SmartHub in the App or Play Store. Once downloaded, the app gives members access to their SKRECC account (s) regardless of where they are, as long as they have cell phone service. Kiosks at Somerset, Monticello, and Russell Springs Locations
How much does a skrecc membership cost?
SKRECC Members just need an initial minimum purchase balance of $100; new South Kentucky RECC members must also pay a $25 membership fee. If you are already a member and sign up for PrePay, you will be given credit for any deposit being held on your account.

What is prepay skrecc?
