How do I pay my Sparklight bill over the phone?
You must turn Easy Pay ON in your account profile. To pay your bill by phone, simply give us a call at 877-692-2253 and use our automated system or choose to talk to one of our Customer Service agents for additional help.
How do I view my Sparklight bill online?
If you have not done so already, please log in to your online account. Click the ‘Billing’ menu option on the top navigation bar. The most current bill and any past due amounts will be displayed at the top of the page. You can view billing statements by scrolling down to the ‘Billing History’ section.
