How do I reactivate my TFS account if my payment fails?
If your payment fails due to insufficient funds, you will receive an email from TFS notifying you that your account has been suspended. To reactivate your account in order to make future payments, you may either login on TFS directly, or call (888) 729-2413 and choose option 7 to speak to customer support. Why have my payments stopped processing?
What happens if a TFS payment fails?
If there are not enough funds in your bank account when a TFS payment posts, your bank may report to TFS that the payment failed due to insufficient funds. If this happens, you will receive an email from TFS with instructions on how to reprocess the payment as soon as your bank reports the issue.
