How do I pay my utility bill with a UnitedHealthcare UCard?
How to Pay Your Utility Bill with a UnitedHealthcare UCard To pay eligible utilities with UCard benefits, customers must call the UnitedHealthcare member services number on the back of their UCard to request payment of their utility bill. Any approved payments will be processed by UnitedHealthcare and sent to eligible utilities on your behalf.
Can I use my UCard to pay my utility bill?
Because the Ucard is not a Master Card, Visa or Discover, we cannot accept the card as a form of payment. To use your Ucard money to pay your utility bill, you must do so through the Ucard hub on your plan’s website or call 1-833-853-8587. The payment checks must be made out to Albemarle Electric Membership Corporation.
