You can also call +1-800-216-5232 to submit payment over the phone. To pay Vivint online, visit account.vivint.com, and log in with your username and password. Click Make a Payment. You can also access this portal through the Vivint app by tapping the three bars in the upper-left corner of the security page, and then tapping Billing.
