We designed our Customer Portal with one key objective, to provide our customers with a single sign on process that gains them access to a secure MCWA account dashboard for all things water. Through the dashboard you can view current & past consumption history, enter meter reads, submit start and stop service requests, and make online payments which are processed through our third-party payment processing provider, ACI/Speedpay, for a fee of $1.30 per transaction.
